Please note we require a £19 deposit for this service, due to no-shows and illegitimate inquiries. The fee is redeemable from your first booking or membership.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of making a booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 7 days before the session.
Rescheduling can also be arranged, subject to availability.

Overtime is charged at £0.80 p, £1.15p or £1.45p per minute depending on your booked package regardless of your membership status.

Yes, we have private parking available at our Whitechapel studio at £10 for up to 3hrs. You can book this online by adding it as an extra upon check-out or by cash payment at the studio upon arrival.
RECORDING & EDITING

Yes, an experienced member of staff is always on-site during your booking. They will set up the equipment and show you how to use the recording equipment before you start.
Each booking comes with a FREE 30-minute slot before your booking start time to allow for set up and late guests.
If you would like an operator for the duration of your booking, you can add one on during the online booking process for an additional £59/ph.

Yes! We encourage our clients to get creative with the space and we are happy to move any furniture or plants around for you.
Unfortunately, we do not allow clients to use Blu Tak or hang anything on the walls that cannot be held up with push pins or Command strips.

We have up to 5 microphones available for each booking at no additional charge.

Your podcast will be recorded onto a ZOOM PodTrak P8 (up to 6 microphones) or RØDECASTER Pro (up to 4 microphones).
The recorders capture separate tracks for each microphone as well as a single track that contains all microphones merged in. You will be sent both options to suit your editing needs.
The files are saved in .WAV format, however, if you would like an .MP3 file instead please speak with a member of staff upon arrival.

Yes, we have 3x Sony A6400 cameras available. These can be booked as a package alongside your audio or added as an extra for £29/ph (including tripod).

Yes, you can bring your own camera or audio recording equipment.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your files to be uploaded and sent via cloud transfer.
Alternatively, you can bring a hard-drive (minimum 500GB storage) with you for instant file transfer after your session.

Both your podcast audio and video files are recorded onto an SD card. After your session, they will be transferred to you via email and available to download for up to 28 days.
After this period the files will automatically be deleted and it is your responsibility to download your files before the expiry day.
If you would like to leave with your files, we recommend you bring a hard-drive with at least 500GB of storage space available.
Please note the transfer time can take up to 30 minutes or more if you are filming in 4K.

We only allow cold food in the studio. You are more than welcome to bring drinks with you.

Overtime is charged at £1.30p, £1.65 or £1.99 per minute depending on your booked package regardless of membership status.

We do! Our audio editing rate is £69 per hour of audio recorded, our video editing rate is £129 per hour of footage and our live editing rate is £149 including an Operator (available on the Commercial package only).
This can be added to your booking during the online booking process or we can invoice you for the work if you decide to take up our editing services after your recording.

You will need to send us an editing brief with any adjustments or edits you would like us to make to your content.
We will then get to work on your edit and aim to have the first draft back to you within 5-7 working days. You will then have 1 round of revisions to request any changes, delivered within 1-3 working days.
